BYTCNC BZG-1200D Double side heating Acrylic Bending Machine

Features
1. The heating width is adjustable. Right-angle or small arc bends can be made.
2. Temperature adjustment. The heating temperature of the heating tube can be adjusted according to the thickness and material of the sheet.
3. Timing. The single working time of the heating tube can be set according to the thickness and material of the sheet.
4. Backer. The role of the backer is for plate positioning during mass production. Adjust the position of the backer according to the bending size requirements to ensure the size is uniform in the same batch of production
5. Fully automatic bending. Heating-bending-cooling and shaping-fliping return-pressing shaft return-taking out the product can be carried out according to the requirements. The entire process works automatically.
6. Cast aluminum table. The flat and smooth aluminum table can ensure that the arylic sheet is not damaged; the cooling speed is fast; the product is not easily deformed after bending.
7. Heater lift function. When heating, the lower heater rises to heat the plate; when the plate is shaped, the heater descends to speed up the cooling speed of the plate.
8. CNC bending. The entire work process is fully controlled by touch screen , and the time and angle can be set on the touch screen. More precise and more convenient to adjust the angle.
