BSF-E series Vacuum membrane press
BSF-E Series vacuum membrane press is a multi-function vacuum membrane press. Same as normal vacuum membrane press, it can be used for pre-heating and thermoforming solid surface materials (CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, Hanex, Avonite, Krion, etc ) and other thermoplastic such as acrylic, PVC.

Additional to normal vacuum press, it comes with a thermofoil system. So it is also suitable for wood/MDF door and furniture 3D foil lamination.

 

Product Description

The BSF-E vacuum membrane press can be used for many functions: Under heating, oven is designed for pre-heating solid surface and thermoplastic, vacuum membrane press system can be used for solid surface/acrylic 2D&3D thermoforming, the upper heat oven and thermofoil system make it also suitable for woodworking such as wood/MDF 3D foil lamination and plywood/MDF bending.

The Thermofoil system is distinguished by its quartz heating elements, which ensure a fast response and high efficiency, resulting in time and energy savings. Suitable for vacuum forming of advanced shapes and materials. In addition, the powerful oil-free vacuum pump delivers top-quality performance for highly detailed 3D foil lamination processes.

Details

- Hot air heating type under heat oven, maximum heating temperature 200ºC. Upper heat oven with 6 sets of Quartz emitters. Automatic opened by control

- Industrial 60 m³/h oil free vacuum pump use for both of thermoforming and thermofoil

- Both of under and upper heating oven coming with hot air circulation system, make pre-heating evenly and save energy

- Structure made from high quality welded stainless steel

- 3mm thickness high quality silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, can be used between 40ºC-240ºC

- The work table is made of 18mm HPL board fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves

- The under pre-heating oven is opened by means of pneumatic actuator
