Features:
1.This machine has the function of absorbing, pressing, and blowing, and each function can be operated independently.
2.Hydraulic pumping station can control board lift, is stronger and more stable than cylinder lift. The result is better and the sample is more accurate when using the press function.
3.Push and pull can be a mobile heating box, change the traditional press working mode, so that the heating molding is completed in the same position.
4.The working platform adopts an all-steel heat treatment structure, which is resistant to high temperature, aging, and deformation, and can guarantee long-term use of the equipment.
5. The moving plate around with rack and pinion, so that the moving plate more stable.
6. Intelligent temperature control, heating box use the shaped reflector and thickened insulation layer, heating fast and with good insulation and safety performance.
7.Customized heaters from the factory which can run 24hours continuously, service life up to 8000-10000 hours, the working temperature difference is±5 degrees, which can ensure even softening temperature of the plate.

A2 The BSX-600 and BX-1400 working voltage 220V 50HZ 1P, another type normally working voltage is 380V/50HZ/3P, we can accept customized voltage, for example, 220V/60HZ/3P, 415V/60HZ/3P, etc.
Q3 When this machine working, if it needs any accessory equipment?
A3 If choose the heating box is moving by air cylinder ,when the machine working it need compressor air . For this machine working if you use MDF mold and want to make it by yourself, so you need to prepare a wood CNC router; When finish forming need to trim off the unwanted edge, need a trimmer. for these machines we all can provide
Q4 For the working area or forming height if you can accept customized?
A4 Yes, we can accept the customized working area and forming height, now we finish the BSX-2030 max forming height of 450mm.
