BSF-H Series industrial heat oven is designed for a perfectly uniform heating process of Solid Surfaces (CORIAN, HI-MACS, STARON, Hanex, Avonite, Krion, etc ), thermoplastics(ABS, Acrylic, PVC ) and composite materials.

- Lower power consumption:Cyclic hot air type heat oven, meet the 165ºC only need 20minutes, average power only 3KW after reach soften temperature, save considerable energy and electrical cost.
- Circulating air mode: Horizontal circulation and forced air transport , On the left,right and top three side equipped with circulation air duct, and let the hot air repeat circulation then in order to achieve uniform temperature,finish the excellent panel soften effect.
- Thermal insulation and sealing performance:Use 100mm thickness 100K encryption aluminum silicate rock wool as thermal insulation layer;the sealing strip is made of high temperature asbestos rope, can withstand temperature without deformation, the door and the liner are double-layer seal form.
- Smart temperature control, offers uniform and constant temperature heating for your material.
- With automatic constant temperature and timing function , provide better energy saving and safety operation .
