Product Description
BSF-A Series vacuum membrane press is designed for pre-heating and thermoform solid surface materials (CORIAN, HI- MACS, STARON, Hanex, Avonite, Krion, etc ) and other thermoplastic such as acrylic, PVC. It can form flat sheet into different kind of 2D and 3D shape, in order to achieve many fantastic design.
The BSF-A vacuum membrane press combines two independent part: a preheating oven and a membrane press. So it could meet all of heating, forming and sublimation demand for solid surface materials
- Touching type pre-heating oven (optional hot air heating type)
- Industrial 100 m³/h vacuum pump capacity - The machine use PID temperature control,two-side preheating oven, rapid heating, save energy and environmental.
- Structure made from welded 304 stainless steel
- The pre-heating oven is opened by means of pneumatic actuator
- Heating plate made from high quality anodized aluminum, two-side powered regardless of the temperature
- 3mm thickness high quality silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, can be using between -40ºC-240ºC
- The work table is made of 18mm HPL board fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves
