1) Temperature control with PID regulation, two-side preheating oven.
2) Heating plate from anodized aluminum.
3) Pneumatic actuator for upper heating plate, high performance.
4) Stainless steel heaters, life of up to 15000 hours.
5) Imported silicone membrane with 700% elasticity, working temperature between -40ºC to 240ºC,
long life service.
6) Oil free vacuum pump with capacity 60m³/h.
7) Work table from fire-resisted laminate plate with grooves, ensure the good performance.
3. Application
2D and 3D vacuum forming of thermoplastic and acrylic materials, production of worktops, sinks, shells, bar counters, bathrooms, windows sills and elements of the interior.
Woodworking-veneering and laminating process of flat and curved surface, coating of simple
profiles of leather, PVC film etc, also for 2D curved parts.
